  • Managers and Chefs are properly certified in food handling and safety practices.
  • Staff continue to be thoroughly trained in hygiene and safety practices.
  • All staff are thoroughly screened and temperature checked prior to each work shift.
  • Proper hand sanitizer and hand washing facilities are readily available to staff and guests.
  • Staff and guests will adhere to policies of mask wearing recommended by the state and the CDC.
  • Table tops and chairs will be sanitized after each guest use.
  • Bathroom areas are cleaned and sanitized every 30 minutes.
  • Table tops will never be pre-set.
  • Silverware and dishes are cleaned in temperatures of 180 degrees.
  • Air conditioning units have been thoroughly inspected and fitted with state-of-the-art Ultra Violet and MERV 13 technology.
  • Our limited menus are presented in a plastic sleeve that is disinfected between each use.

  • Service to guests will be coordinated to be as touchless as possible.
