Salmon with Tomato Basil Vinaigrette $15

Fresh North Atlantic salmon fillet, grilled and topped with seasoned tomato basil relish served with roasted fingerling potatoes.

Pesto Scallops & Shrimp $15

Pan seared scallops and gulf shrimp tossed with orecchiette pasta and tomatoes in a pesto cream sauce.

Ahi Tuna Bowl $14

Chopped fresh Ahi Tuna with a soy marinade over jasmine rice with crisp sweet potatoes and micro cilantro.

Blackened and sliced swordfish with flour tortilla, pico de gallo, red cabbage slaw and chili sour cream accompanied by black bean rice.

Over chipotle corn remoulade and arugula with lemon vinaigrette.

Prime Bistro Steak & Shrimp $15

6oz Prime Bistro steak paired with grilled shrimp and served with roasted asparagus and romesco sauce.

Salmon and scallops tossed with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and squid ink pasta

Stuffed Sole $16

Crab stuffed Sole topped with seasoned bread crumbs and lemon butter. Served over jasmine rice and sautéed spinach.

Shrimp Scampi $14

Shrimp sautéed in olive oil, white wine, fresh garlic, chopped fresh tomato and fresh basil. Served on linguine and garnished with Parmesan and Romano cheese.

Salmon Marsala $15

Pan seared salmon fillets with shallots, portabello mushrooms, and a Marsala demi glaze. Served with pavé potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Seafood Stew $14

Haddock, shrimp, squid, and mussels in a Portuguese style stew served with toast points.

Romaine and arugula tossed with a honey tarragon vinaigrette, walnuts, dried cranberries and Bleu cheese. Topped with red wine poached pears.

Spinach and arugula tossed with bacon vinaigrette, candied pancetta, confit shallots and slow roasted roma tomatoes, topped with Parmesan crisps.

Lobster Salad Sandwich $20

Lobster meat with a touch of lemon juice and mayonnaise, served on a toasted roll.

USDA Prime Angus Burger $13

Char-grilled 8 oz. prime burger served on a brioche roll with lettuce and tomato. Cheddar cheese and bacon available.

Tuna Melt Sandwich $12

House-made fresh tuna salad and melted cheddar cheese finished with Russian dressing on a brioche roll.

Lobster Grilled Cheese $17
